“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21
I want to start today by telling you that God is able to do more for you than you could ever hope for or imagine. He can carry you through situations that seem impossible.
Just think about what God did for Nehemiah when he asked for permission to go back to Jerusalem! As we read in the first few chapters of the book of Nehemiah, God moved the king to allow Nehemiah to go and rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.
But to Nehemiah’s surprise, not only did he receive a blessing from the king, he also recieved a military escort for protection as well!Isn’t that just like God? If we are faithful enough to ask for His blessing”¦no matter how difficult the situation might seem”¦we receive it and so much more.
The problem comes when we think we can create our own success. And as a result, we mess things up”¦and then wonder why God isn’t blessing us!
God wants to answer your prayers. He wants to bless you no matter how difficult or impossible your situation might seem. So ask for God’s blessing today and don’t forget to praise Him for His abundant answer!
GOD IS ABLE TO DO MORE FOR YOU THAN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE.
